One’s credentials don’t necessarily speak to the effectiveness of the services they offer. What I believe is more important is someone’s personal therapy journey and whether they receive clinical supervision.
In that regard, I’ve had extensive personal psychotherapy over the course of many years. I’ve walked this path and still continue to, as I believe there is no pre-determined endpoint to the evolution of one’s psyche!
In addition, I receive ongoing, regular supervision from an approved clinical supervisor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. Supervision involves discussing my work with an experienced clinician to ensure that I provide safe, effective, and ethical care. This process helps me to reflect on my approach, consider different perspectives, and continue to grow as a therapist, which ultimately benefits my clients.

The cost of psychotherapy services is $160 per 45 minutes (children) or 50 minutes (adults). I will provide you with a receipt upon payment, which you can then submit for insurance reimbursement, if applicable.
